Holiday Rental in Sète: Nice two-room apartment of approximately 25m² with a glazed loggia of approximately 5m². This apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator.) The beaches are 300 m away and shops 100 m away. The living room has a kitchen area with ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, washing machine as well as a double sofa bed and an LCD television. The bedroom has a double bed and has a closet. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. The toilets are separate. Outdoor parking protected by a barrier is provided. Apartment classified "1 star for 4 people". Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)  
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
