Its orientation is South. From its loggia integrated into the 4 m2 apartment, it has a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The beach is 30 m away and shops 400 m away. The living room is composed of a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (2 hobs, mini-oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine). In the cabin area, there are 2 bunk beds. The bathroom (sink, shower) is separate from the WC. Parking is provided at number 400, closed by an automatic gate and guard within the residence.
