"The hotel is in a convenient location for Sète town centre, restaurants and the bus to the beaches. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the property could have been better maintained. Toilet and bathroom doors didn't shut properly, the shower had very limited headroom and the ageing air conditioning unit was noisy. I'm not convinced that the hotel offers good value for money but I do like the location. "

"Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The parking garage under the plaza is very new and has extra-wide parking spaces. The area is very walkable and picturesque, with pleasure boats lining the canals. "This was a lovely stay. The owners were very welcoming and happy to give ideas of what to do etc. the room was spacious and well decorated. Swimming pool is always welcome and the outdoor area was a lovely space for breakfast. Only issue for me was the parking as space is limited and my hire car was not easy to manoeuvre! . Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. We had a family room which was spacious with balcony and large bathroom. Breakfast was very ample and tasty. It wasn’t the easiest to work out how to access the property by car, especially as it’s on a very steep hill, but once installed parking was secure and easy to get in and out. Short walk down into the town and easily accessible to beaches by car. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring...

"Super week-end à Sète, la ville est magnifique et l'hôtel de la plage impeccable. Idéalement situé près des plages, un peu loin du centre ville à pied mais une ligne de bus à 2 minutes. Chambre vue mer petite mais confortable et bien agencée. Propre et décorée avec goût. Une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre avec capsule offerte, un petit paquet de spécialité de Sètes le premier jour. Un très bon accueil et service tout au long du séjour."
