Located on the -1st floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed
- A bathroom (with bath and washbasin)
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 40 m² terrace overlooking the beach facing the sea. An awning, an off-centre parasol, outdoor seating, a large dining table and an electric barbecue are available for you to enjoy the outdoors.

The flat is ideally situated in Sète, in the La Corniche neighbourhood, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Access to the beaches:
La Vigie Beach. Direct access via the building’s staircase or from outside. Less than 20 metres away.

- A stroll along the canals and the harbour of Sète, nicknamed the ‘Venice of Languedoc’, to discover its maritime atmosphere, lively quays and local specialities.
- Mont Saint-Clair, where you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of Sète, the Mediterranean and the Étang de Thau.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s garage (access is not easy – maximum height 1.98 metres – capacity: 1 vehicle).
There are also free public parking spaces on the streets and nearby pay-and-display car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Sète railway station is 1.5 km away
- Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport is approximately 40 km away
