The residence is just steps from the fishing port of Sète. The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) for two people. The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps two), TV, and storage space. The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a mini-oven, a microwave, and a toaster.
