Historical apartment house from the 14th century. In the centre of Sestri Levante, in the heart of the city, 100 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Public parking 800 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 20 m, bar, bakery, café 50 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Sestri Levante" 900 m, shingle beach "Baia del Silenzio" 90 m. Please note: car not advisable.  
"Silent Bay Historical", 5-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Antique and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Dining room. Living room with TV. 2 double bedrooms, each room with fan. Walk-through room, without window with 2 beds. Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. No heating option.
