Entry info issued say before via email (when we were already on holiday and not guaranteed to be available on e-mail). Location nice. Apartment average. Most communication was about refuse collection and the kitchen housed 5 separate bins. Very surprised to find a broken wine opener and NO red wine glasses (in Italy?).
