Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen. Geräusche der Nachbarn hört man natürlich, aber Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Der Strand und die wunderschöne Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Preisleistungs Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Sie ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und blitzsauber. Das Quartier ist ideal gelegen zwischen Bahnhof, Altstadt und Stränden und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, gute Betten, 2 kleine Balkone für Apéros. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela und ihrer Tochter Elisa hat prima geklappt und alles war zum abgemachten Zeitpunkt bereit.
