Good service by local manager XXX, XXX and XXX. Shower cubicle very small. Shower room and kitchen could do with modernising. Initial cleaning rather poor. Gas boiler in kitchen cuts out occasionally while showering - there should be a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm next to the boiler. The apartment was poorly equipped and had not been cleaned properly. Missing cocking utensils such as lids for saucepans. Coffee maker was broken and was not replaced even though we complained about it. The toilet brush was very old and dirty and the bide was broken.
