- Welcome to this modern and cozy apartment! Enjoy the incredible view of the sea or take a dip in the pool. Live like a local and enjoy this comfortable apartment, which is just a 15-minute walk from the city centre.
This apartment is located in a condominium with swimming pool, gym and co-working space. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room and bedroom are equipped with an air conditioning system.
This is the perfect choice for those who value comfort, quality and great location!
- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 200€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
