Free WiFi You will find a second home in this modern house in Ses Salines, close to Es Trenc and Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is situated in an idyllic rural setting, surrounded by forest and offers total privacy, as it has no direct neighbors. The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2.10 m. You can relax sunbathing on one of the six loungers, take a dip in the pool or cool off in the outdoor shower. The pool area is decorated with stylish and colorful boxes, that serve as a side table for your drinks. Two furnished terraces offer a fresh and pleasant space for a barbecue or for a delicious breakfast. At night, the pool is lit so you can swim under the starry sky, whta is a very romantic experience. The plot of 40,000 m2 is fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play, run and enjoy the nature. The interior of the house is decorated with bright and fresh colors. The living room has AC and TV-sat. The owner decorated the house with love and design elements like original saloon lamps. In the open kitchen, with vitro stove, you will find everything you might need during your stay. In addition, for coffee lovers there are two electric coffee makers: a Nespresso and a "melita". The Laundry, located on the terrace, offers a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with double bed, AC and wardrobe. The wooden bedside tables are in harmony with the parquet floor and the wooden ceiling beams, offering a warm space to rest. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with two single beds. Decorated in a cosy style, they offer a wardrobe and a fan per room. As for the view, all the bedrooms have windows overlooking the countryside or the garden. If you look at the washbasins, the warm wooden element is not missing either. Both bathrooms have a shower and are located one on the ground floor and the other one upstairs. A cot and high chair are available. Electricity is provided by solar panels, making this a sustainable house. For the winter months the house has two pellet cookers; one on each floor. The beautiful south-east of Mallorca is a unique piece of the island, characterized by sandy beaches, beautiful landscapes and the white mountains of salt in Las Salinas. The most prominent beach is Es Trenc, a natural area of several kilometers. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the Mediterranean waters shine in infinite shades of blue. Going more east, there is a natural park of Mondragó and a different coves, such as S'Almonia is, Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is very close, ideal for dinner fresh seafood or take a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. August auf Mallorca in der phänomenalen Finca Can Xesquet. Sie erfüllt alle Versprechen und hat uns fantastisch gefallen : drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern! Während unserem Aufenthalt auf Mallorca war es sehr warm, aber der große Pool stand uns ja ständig allein zur Verfügung. Von dort hatte man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die vielen Olivenbäumen. Die Anlage war generell sehr gepflegt und mit vielen kleinen Palmen und Oleanderbüschen bestückt.Wunderschön!!! Wir bekamen jeden Morgen umsonst einen "Frühstückskorb" mit Brötchen,Pizza,Baguette und etwas Süßem. Die Reste haben wir eingepackt und als Snack am Strand verzehrt.Der Strand war auch traumhaft schön. Er war nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Meistens waren wir am Es Trenc bei Ses Covetes.Von dort kann man entweder zum Strand von Sa Ràpita oder zum Es Trenc laufen. Wir fanden den Es Trenc schöner,da am Strand von Sa Ràpita sehr viel Seetang zu finden war. Der Strand von Es Trenc ist sehr lang und das Wasser ist so klar und türkis wie in der Karibik. Abends waren wir meistens in dem kleinen Ort Ses Salines einkaufen,dieser ist nur 5 Minuten von der Villa entfernt.Danach könnte man auch noch mal in den Pool springen,obwohl es schon spät war.Der Pool eignet sich nämlich auch gut zum Nachtschwimmen,denn er wird wunderbar beleuchtet. Obwohl die Kinder am liebsten gar nicht vom Pool und Strand weggegangen wären, waren wir auch einmal einen Tag in Palma und das war es wert. Die Kathedrale hatte nun leider wegen Renovierungen geschlossen, also waren wir in dem Palast von gegenüber, der auch sehr schön war. Um die Kathedrale und dem Palast herum liegt eine wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen kleinen Läden.Man kann also auch einfach nur durch die Altstadt schlendern. Die Festival Park Outlets in der Nähe von Palma lohnen sich auch! An unserem Abflugstag waren wir dann noch Im Aquarium von Palma,das gleich am Flughafen liegt.Man hat sehr viele schöne Fische und sogar Haie gesehen. Das absolute Highlight war allerdings das Schnorcheln mit Rochen! Wir empfehlen die Finca auf jeden Fall weiter!Sie hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Wir konnten dort sehr gut leben, denn es ist an allem reichlich vorhanden- an Handtüchern,Geschirr und Sitzmöglickeiten. ##### Max-Georg K. ---
