A special mention to Lucia at the restaurant, who was fantastic, though truly everyone working there was pleasant and welcoming. The spa was another highlight, and I really appreciated that it’s included. I also visited the rooftop at the sister hotel, which is absolutely gorgeous. The location is great: very close to the airport less than 30 minutes by bus and it only cost me €8 return, with the bus stop just 5 minutes from the hotel. Getting to Palma Old Town was also easy and quick: less than 30 minutes by bus for €2, with the stop again very close by. A taxi to the Old Town was around €18\. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away. Overall, a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and an ideal location." I was so full after breakfast so I didn't really need to have lunch during my stay. There were also some nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The beach parasol, sunbed and security box were so affordable to rent for the whole day (about £16 pp), unlike other Mediterranean beach resort. Reception, restaurant waiting staff, housekeeping staff were all friendly and kind.
