The comfortable country-style furnishings make it easy for you to feel at home here from day one. The long dining table invites you to enjoy meals together with a beautiful view outside. Relax in the in-house sauna after your excursions.



In the large private garden leading to the pool, you are surrounded by the scent of olive trees and vineyards, the rustling of the trees in the breeze and the bright colours of the plants



Your holiday home is a good starting point for excursions in the region. You are close to numerous medieval and Roman sites of historical and cultural interest. Be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape, stroll through the historic settlement of Castel Clementino in Servigliano, explore the Sibillini Mountains or head to the coast for a day and enjoy the sea and sun.
