The location is surrounded by greenery and just steps from a forest ideal for hiking. Only 1-minute walk to cafés, restaurants, bars (during summer), tennis courts, and swimming pools.  
In winter, all of this is just a 5-minute drive to the city center, where the nightlife moves during the colder months.
