"We never been in any palace before and this one was very interesting and unique. We searched for economic type and they had for under 200 dollar. Location is very good with walking access to groceries, mall , bank close by and even better tgere was a buss stop taking us to skytrain going all the way aby where we wanted. Our Favourite Spot for next trip is here."

"This place was perfect for my husband and I for 4 nights. Parking in their driveway on a quiet street. Keypad entrance into the suite. Close enough drive to various shopping areas.The bed is only a double, so it felt a little tight, but comfy enough.A small amount of noise from the family upstairs, but nothing concerning.We would stay again if in the area."

"Our stay was good overall! Place was clean, host was easy to chat with. Only issue is the noise. The place is not sound proof and you can hear everything upstairs. Kids running around and some vacuuming late at night which is too bad and noise early in the morning. No other complaints though as the place was clean, a good central location for Surrey wedding venues, and it was affordable. "

"The kitchen looked beautiful in pictures, but did not have the basics for cooking. Pot filler broken, Oven was not working Error message, BBQ broken, very dirty air fryer, not even a baking sheet or baking dish so not sure why have ovens if they are just nice to look at. We were charged extra fee per person over 6 adults yet not provided enough towels or cutlery or bowls for everyone. We had to eat in shifts. Place was not clean, black mold in the shower, finger prints galore on walls and glass. Owner did not communicate in a timely manner and made promises of delivering baking sheets and then cleaner showed up with a roll of tinfoil 5hrs later. We had starving children to feed so we had to go out and buy baking sheets, colander and forks so that we could cook and eat. Not happy with the stay and when I communicated this directly with the owner and requested a refund there was no response back. Very frustrating and will not be staying here ever again. Only plus was that the cleaner lived on site and was very kind and helpful."

"This rental is misleading, disappointing and not worth its price. It looks pristine but it’s sleazy. Firstly, when I booked the rental, the host did not provide me with the check-in instructions until I prompted him, and he failed to provide wifi instructions as well. The digital lock for the security gate was broken, so the gate was open all day throughout my stay, which made me feel so unsafe. The day I checked in, I had to wait two hours after texting and calling the host for the wifi information before he provided it. The plates and utensils provided were dirty and dusty, I had to wash them. The thermostats were clearly very old and deteriorated, so it took about two days for the place to get warm. There were holes all over the wall in the living room, and a nail jutting out of the wall at the kitchen, which is a safety hazard. The bathroom mat was dirty as well.The laundry room was disorganized and messy, and there was a periodic, loud screeching sound coming from a machine in the room each day. It disturbed me heavily throughout my stay, and when I contacted the host about it, he told me he “had never had a complaint about it.” He refused to provide me with extra hand soap when the one he provided run out, even though there was a small amount to begin with. And he called my request for extra trashbags “an unnecessary request ”even though he provided only one trashbag. He was ungenerous, unprofessional and unreasonable."

"Beautiful property with great location. Everything was so close by.Loved that each bedroom had attached bath. It also had secured gated entry and plenty of parking. Perfect for a fun vacation with friends and family."
