I don’t believe this hotel has the correct ratings it’s more like a 3 star, facilities are good at best and staff are very selective on who they want to be nice to. I didn’t like that my 7 nights stay was ruined by the level of noise that runs through out the night if your looking for a quiet family break don’t stay here! I upgraded my room after 2 nights as my standard sea view room was smaller than a premier inn! We upgraded to a deluxe sea view with a jacuzzi. Our jacuzzi didn’t work the curtains fell off the balcony doors didn’t lock which wasn’t great considering we shared our balcony with another room! The tv didn’t work at all even after we reported no one came. So overall pretty disappointed

Hotel and it’s staff were excellent. Food was very good, wide range of choice. Pools and facilities were awesome. Staff can not help enough, very quick service. Would highly recommend the hotel.

I recommend this resort to every family. For the price, food was good, Staff was friendly, Drinks where ok, Night shows where ok, Rooms where clean and overall every thing was 9 out of 10. We stayed for 3 nights in a family room and, it was not enough.

Lovely family hotel
The hotel is very well managed and perfect on every aspects apart of entertainment. The evening entertainment was very economic compared to other hotels in Antalya. And on Sunday there were nothing all day! Which was very disappointing but apart from that everything else was spot on and we can't fault it at all. Very clean, very well organised.

Average but certainly not a full 4 star hotel
Great staff generally but the porters were rudely expectant of a tip. All other staff very good. Hotel looking tired and the building needs some maintenance and refresh to meet the standard expected. Further away from everything than expected and seemed to show on the map.

Good hotel
Hotel was very clean and well kept, staff were very friendly and polite. Only let down is the food as it is very bland, so next time I will walk with my hot pepper and sweet chilli sauce. There also was no garlic or chilli sauce which is quite surprising for a Turkish Hotel. Entertainment team are good at including guests in games and very friendly.

Not the best 5 star Hotel
We stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights and we noticed that staff are not very friendly, they don’t speak english very well and basically most of hotel services are for Russian guests as most of the guest were from Russia (90%). Food is below average and there are cut off times so bascially nothing is 24/7. Our room was very small, dated and very dark, it was so dark that my wife could not do here makeup.

Dirty, no entertainment, not a great stay
We paid for a de lux room, however what we got was a normal room with a jacuzzi on the balcony that didn’t work!!! We reported it at the start of our stay and It was never resolved. Entertainment was poor No ice creams available for the children until we complained and then it was only available 3-4pm Water slides were only turned on 2hours per day The theatre was closed for refurbishment (we were not informed of that before we travelled. We waited 90mins for a starter in the Al a carte restaurant Bed sheets were not changed all week We had to ask for fresh towels and more loo roll The beech was poor, no shade for children.

Nice hotel layout close to beach
Had a wonderful 3 nights stay. The staff were fantastic and made our stay memorable. The hotel toilets in public areas need maintenance and regular cleaning The Internet is terrible, you can pay 3€ per day for faster internet but there is little or no difference.

Very good , I'll return to live again.
Its fine stay , 10 days I stay , every thing perfect , The room is comfortable , and all the wokers are friendly , but only few things need for improve , a tourest office important to the guests , to arrange for trips to the mountains and waterfalls , and arrange for atransportation from and to the airport , and there is no office to arrange with flights companies.

Staff very accommodating and friendly
Staff was very helpful and friendly at lobby. We were able to make a dream come true for out kids by having the hotel information and tour guide arrange transportation to Dolphin park not only to see but to provide the chance for my children to swim with the dolphins. Truly memorable experience. Thank you

Rikkinäinen ilmastointi harmitti
Varasin 2 perushuonetta sivullisella merinäkymällä, toinen huoneista vanhemmilleni ja toinen minulle ja miehelleni. Meidän huonetta korotettiin ilman mitään maksuja poreammeelliseksi huoneeksi, joka oli erittäin kiva bonus, mutta huoneessa oli ilmastointi mennyt rikki tai jotain, yritettiin korjata mutta ei auttanut. Huone oli kuin sauna päivisin, iltaisin vähän parempi, mutta ei ollut yhtään viileetä. Olimme kaksi yötä siinä, en saanut nukuttua kuumuuden ja kosteuden takia. Se jäi harmittamaan. Kun taas vanhempieni huoneessa oli viileetä. Hotellin ulkoasu on todella hieno ja mukava. Yleisvessat olivat likaisia ja haisevia. Ei vastannut viiden tähden odotusta. Olin ennen tätä kolmen tähden hotellissa, joka oli siistimpi ja ilmastointi toimi täysillä, piti sammuttaa kun oli kylmä… Hotelli kaipaa sisältä vähän kunnostusta. Palvelu ja ruoka oli hyvä. Yleisesti antaisin hotellin arvosanaksi 8.

Ein Familienhotel auf überschaubarem Gelände. Dadurch waren die Wege überall hun kurz. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Beispielsweise war unsere Badezimmertür defekt und wurde erst nach 4 Tagen repariert. Der Föhn war defekt. Offene Kabel in Fusshöhe. Der Tv hatte keinen Empfang. Die Möbel waren abgewohnt. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt, aber nur mit lokalen Getränken. Allerdings war das Personal sehr bemüht und stets freundlich (ausser der Herr im Spa, der täglich um die Anzahl der Strandtücher diskutierte). Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, auch die Snacks. Die Cocktails waren für Türkei Verhältnisse gut. Die Pool Landschaft überschaubar, so dass man die Kinder stets im Blick hatte. Ausreichend Rutschen. Die Animateure waren wenig aufdringlich. Der Strand steining und rasch abfallend, Badeschuhe sind ein Muss. Es wurden regelmässig Mülleimer geleert. Alles in Allem waren wir aber zufrieden. Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels zu dem Preis. Aber wir wählten dieses, weil man alles schnell erreichen kann und nicht jeder Gang auf die Toilette mit den Kindern, zur Bar oder aufs Zimmer einen langen Marsch in der Hitze bedeutet.
