The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970.
The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC.

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít.
The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views.
Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer.
We would highly recommend this hotel and hope we will stay again in future
