Amazing hotel in the middle of Prishtina, very luxurious, great big rooms that were very modern and clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Facilities including their spa and pool fantastic. Highly recommend and would 100% return.

Location, location, location, clean, friendly,perfect breakfast arrangement, they take extra step to accommodate guests - their reception shuts at 11 p.m. but as my flight landed quite late, they waited for me with a a friendly smile and and necessary assistance. And, it is very good value for money. I come from Belgrade and I'm not saying this just to boost their rating. They are truly worth of every compliment.

This hotel was a real surprise for me. I stayed her for 6 days and they really made me feel welcome. To begin with they offered me a room slightly further away from the lifts to give me the maximum peace as I was there for a whole week on business. The lobby lounge is luxurious and has many things to keep you occupied. Staff were very helpful from the reception to restaurants. However, management staff are not as welcoming but are probably too busy. But the outstanding part of this great hotel...

Great location in StalinGrad , everything is walking distance of 5 -10 min. The only issue was that the toilet was making a funny noise in our room every 20 seconds. We didn’t say anything because we were out most of the time. The staff - all of them very helpful.

The room was nice and the staff friendly. However the breakfast was limited but ok.
