Notes about safety and children: The house is located above a creek and has a steep (approximately 45 degree) 25-foot long slope covered in ferns about 100 yards from the back of the house which makes it lovely but could be dangerous for very young children. Also, there is a small 6-foot waterfall below a pool that is 3 feet deep.  The pool has a current so please no swimming or wading.
