Nice small hotel. They provided slippers, bathrobe and plenty of water bottles. It is about 15 minutes walk to the Coex convention center.

비지니스로 방문했는데 상당히 편안함. 이용에는.몬.면레서 불편함이 없음. 주차는 하지.않았지만 강남.호텔.치고는.뙈.수월해 보였음.

선릉,정릉 입구 바로 앞에 있어서 산책이나 조용한곳을 원하시는 분들은 괜찮은 숙소이고 근처에 식사나 편의시설도 있어서 좋은 숙소입니다.

전형적인 모텔이었습니다. 매일마다 하우스키핑 해주는 것은 좋았지만, 전반적으로 시설이 낡고 깨끗하지 못한 것은 별로였어요. 방에 비하여 TV는 과분하게 좋았고, 화장실은 건식입니다. 욕조, 샤워부스가 한 방, 세면대(많이 작음) 바깥에 따로, 건식 화장실 1칸으로 구성되어 있었습니다. 제가 머물던 방에 욕조 수도가 새는데 물 떨어지는 소리가 머무는 내내 신경쓰였습니다.

담배냄새, 깨끗하지 않음

우선 엘리베이터에서 내리면 담배냄새가 복도에 저려있고 전반적으로 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 침대 시트에도 담배냄새가 나는걸로 보아 세탁을 안한것 같았고요, 그리고 5시쯤 도착했는데 방이 없다고 해서 다른 방으로 갔는데 호텔 메니지먼트가 좋지 않은것 같습니다. 딜럭스에는 욕탕이 거실에 있어 좋긴 했습니다. 위치가 정릉부근으로 코액스에서 얼마 떨어지지 않았다는것 제외하고는 추천할 만한 내용 없습니다.

Die Ausstattung ist ok, das Zimmer war aber nicht besonders sauber (Staubfocken und Müll hinter dem Möbel - am liebsten also nichts bewegen). Es roch auch etwas verraucht, aber vielleicht kam der Geruch auch von draußen. Insgesamt für den Preis so zentral in Seoul ganz ok.

チェックインが金曜日と土曜日は18時からと書いてあったが、事前に無料で荷物を預けられるとの事だったので昼過ぎに荷物を預けに行ったら、既に部屋が用意してあってチェックイン出来たことが良かったです 部屋も広くて水周りも綺麗でお値段以上だと思いました しかし、ベッドも綺麗にメイキングされてたし、アメニティも揃えられていたのに、床や布団に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたのが気になった、ここはお値段相応かな〜 それでも駅から徒歩5分くらいで見つけやすくてとてもいいホテルでした〜！

강남여행 적합지

서울 강남한복판에 위치한 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔입니다. 주차도 편하고 친절합니다.그리고 바로 앞에 선능과 정릉이 있어 고즈넉하고 공기가 좋아 산책하기도 딱입니다.근처에 봉은사와 코엑스도있어 볼거라 놀거리가 풍성합니다. 주변에 맛집도 많습니다. 만족합니다.

시트에 머리카락이 있었고 담배 냄새가 방에 베여있기도 하고 자꾸 어딘가를 통해 들어왔음. 살짝 퀴퀴한 냄새도 남. 날이 바뀔때마다 시트를 갈아주지 않음.

가격 대비 괜찮아요

후기에 담배 냄새에 대한 혹평이 많아서 염려했는데, 3박 중 첫 날 체크인하고, 민감한 사람은 불평할 수준의 냄새가 있음을 확인, 2일 째 누군지 흡연자가 화장실(욕실과 화장실이 별도의 방으로 마주보는 구조임)에서 진하게 담배를 피워서(새벽에 쿵쿵거리며 파티를... 그런데 카운터에서 정리해 주심)... 새벽 3:30 경, 환기팬 틀고 창문 조금 빗겨놓고 자야 했습니다(중요 일정은 전날 끝나서 수면 다행...). 마지막 날은 청소하시는 분이 아예 창을 활짝 열어놓고 가셨어요. 무슨 조치를 따로 하신건지 담배 냄새 전혀 없었습니다~. 즉, 호텔 관리하시는 분들~ 환기 잘 해주세요! 객실 내 구조, 배열이 동선을 편리하게 잘 되어 있고, 로션이나 비누 등 여러 가지 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 단 머그잔은 없고(종이, 유리컵 등만), 옷장이 없이 옷걸이만 있어요. 컴퓨터도 있고, 벽에 스피커, 초대형 TV 등 전체적으로 가격대비 좋았습니다. 바로 건너편에 선릉, 정릉이 있는데 가보지는 못했네요. 큰 베개 외에 작은 베개도 있어서 good(높은 베개 못 베는 사람에게는 특히)...

일단 선릉공원 앞이라 위치는 굿.. 자하에 술집이 있어 여성분들 가끔 올라오는거 빼고는 뭐 나한테 피해주는건 없으니.. 장기투숙객에게는 위층으로 방 나누는거 같아요. 방안에 상태는 보통이며 시설은 괜차나요.. 테이블 소파 있고.. 특히 온수가 잘 나오고 수압최고 ㅎ 다만 방에서 작은 벌레를 하나 잡았는데 사람을 무는건 아니었어요. 말씀드렸더니 약뿌려 주신다고... 발렛도 되서 편해요.. 가격대비 선릉역 근처로 추천합니다.. 욕조도 있어서 베쓰도 잘 했네요

그냥 조금 더 비싼 모텔 수준이네요

방안에 담배냄새 가득했습니다. 방교체를 했지만 또 담배냄새가 나서 뜨거운물 틀고 아예 스팀으로 냄새는 뺐습니다. 화장실 비누가 그대로 있었으며 물도 안빠지고 해바라기 샤워기가 고장이 나서 물바다가 되었습니다.
