HaiyanSKY is a standalone house where no other guests or hosts share any space, allowing guests to use the entire second floor privately.

Other things to note
* HaiyanSKY is situated on a hilltop with a breathtaking view of beautiful Dongdaemun. While accessibility to Dongdaemun and the subway station is excellent, it requires a steep uphill walk of about 5 minutes.

However, parking is available right around the house, and carrying luggage is very manageable.

* The surroundings of HaiyanSKY offer a tranquil and peaceful residential area, reminiscent of countryside living. Therefore, out of respect for our neighbors, terrace usage is prohibited after 9 PM, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise.

* HaiyanSKY is a standalone house with two floors, and guests have exclusive access to the entire second floor. The first and second floors are completely separate spaces, with no areas shared with other guests.

* To minimize inter-floor noise, HaiyanSKY has been constructed with thick soundproofing materials. However, please be mindful of heavy footsteps or loud noises as they may still transmit through the floors.

* Please remember to remove your shoes when entering the premises (similar to typical Korean households).

* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors throughout our accommodation. A fine of 300,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking indoors. If there is any damage affecting subsequent guests due to smoking, additional charges may apply. The burning of mosquito coils, which emit smoke, is also considered equivalent to smoking and is prohibited within the premises.
