"It's close to the station, there are convenience stores and local food restaurants nearby, the hotel staff are friendly, and the cost performance is excellent. I would like to stay here again. "The hotel is in an up and coming area and so the view included a construction site but the hotel is great. Very clean and location was really good. Our room was amazing, very spacious. It was helpful to have a washer, dryer and air dresser. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel the Botanik and would definitely stay there again."
"Very friendly, professional, and accomodating staff. I stayed in a single-bed room (as a solo traveler) for 5 nights. Worked for me as I was out exploring the area most of the time. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to parks and shopping malls. It's also about 15 minutes from Meongdong, which I didn't know upon booking the room. Meongdong is a fun touristy place to walk around and try street food.
The single rooms in the hotel are quite compact, so if you are planning to travel with others and/or be inside for lengthy periods, perhaps opt for a larger space. Still, I was very comfortable--bed, bathroom, shower etc. all was well-kept and clean. I also paid for breakfast each morning at a very reasonable price. They offer buffet style with many options. I am vegetarian and was able to get my fill of eggs, fruit...and coffee.

"This hotel was near the Sinseoldong Subway Station making it very easy to get to places by public transportation. Across the road from the hotel between the hotel and the subway station was a really excellent restaurant, Hymchan Jangeo. Something really nice about the hotel: there was a foreign currency exchange machine right in the lobby. Very convenient. The only complaint that I have is that the room was a little bit cramped. Given all the other positives, however, I really recommend this hotel."
