"A strange hotel. A beautiful lobby but the room was poorly maintained with stained grouting between tiles, dents, scratches all over. Stains on the leather chairs etc. I would rate the room level as a tired European Novotel (4 star). This was in a double deluxe. We arrived early (0930) and were offered ..."
