여기는 숙박 고객, 특히 연박 고객들을 일부러 불편하게 만들어 예약취소하게 만들고, 대실만 돌려가면서 돈 버는 악덕 숙박업소입니다. 출장 때문에 판교를 자주 오는 편인데 일부러 예약 취소를 유도하는 방식으로 숙박 고객들을 곤란하게 만듭니다. 지난 번에는 당일에 현장도착해서 체크인을 하려고 하니, 직원 실수로 내 예약이 취소된 상태라고 입실이 불가하다고 했습니다. 사전연락도 없었고 당일 체크인 불가라는 말을 현장에서 늦은시간에 들으니 화가 났지만, 그 때는 사람이 하는 일이고 하니 실수가 있을 수도 있다고 생각했습니다. 결국 시간도 늦고 부랴부랴 근처에선 적절한 방을 구할수없어 택시를 타고 꽤 먼거리를 이동해서 엄청 불합리한 방에서 잘 수 밖에 없었습니다. 그런데 이번 방문에서도 분명 체크인 가능시간이 한참 지난 뒤에 도착했음에도 직원이 실수로 내 예약된 방을 대실을 내줘서 방이 없으니, 21-22시까지 기다려야 체크인이 가능하다고 안내했습니다. 선택지는 예약 취소를 해줄테니 다른 숙소를 찾아서 가라 또는 22시까지 어디 가서 기다리다 와라 였습니다. 비가 엄청 오는 폭우를 뚫고 겨우 숙소에 도착했는데, 이번에도 지난번과 똑같이 직원실수라며 숙박고객을 쫓아내려는 상황에, 이건 직원 실수가 아니라 대실을 받기 위해 일부러 숙박고객을 쫓아내는 상술이라는 확신이 들었습니다. 근처에서 술한잔 드시고 대실 하시는 분들이 아닌 출장 숙박객들이라면 절대 이 시월호텔을 이용하지 마시고 다른 숙소를 우선 예약하시길 권고합니다. 출장으로 피곤한 몸을 이끌고 편안한 숙소를 기대하고 이 시월호텔을 예약을 한다면, 분명 당일에 현장 도착해서 곤란한 상황을 맞게 될겁니다. 늦은 시간에 도착할수록 그 곤란함은 배가 될겁니다. 별 하나도 아까워요
