They don’t allow people with tattoos to use Onsen so that is big negative for tourists and myself. Staff was nice . Happy hour awesome and breakfast was great. These are great things. Bed was hard and pillows and program so so. Small girl at front desk from Mumbai is superstar

The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great!
