The best staff
This was our second time staying here in 4 days and the staff is amazing. They of course recognized us and were incredibly friendly. The check-in and check-out process is simple.

Nice stay.
Just next to the station. Free parking. Staff helping in moving our bagages to the room as there is no elevator. Simple breakfast. Clean and tidy.

Perfect stay
This was the perfect location. Right next to the train station and in a nice quaint town with the samurai house street. The employees were extremely nice and attentive and the breakfast buffet was great.

酒店整潔乾淨，房間大小適中，因酒店並無升降機設施，但職員會主動幫手搬行李上房，甚為窩心。酒店近角館火車站，出入方便，房間隔音非常好，並無聽到火車聲。另酒店提供早餐，味道可口，若能增加多些選擇，則更佳。

Comfortable two-night stay, very convenient as it's right across from the station and has its own restaurant. I spent several pleasant hours exploring the town's old houses and shops, and then was able to get a bookable community taxi (with the help of the helpful tourist information office located next to the station) very cheaply to go out and visit Dakigaeri Gorge which was beautiful even in the rain. My room was quite a good size , I could open the window, it all seemed fairly new and well kept.

Nice, convenient, comfy
Right next to the JR station (you don't even have to cross the street). The tourist office is on the other side of the station. Very convenient location. About 15 minutes from the Samurai town. They have a restaurant in the hotel with a nice variety of local dishes. Comfortable bed (and 2 pillows! a rarity in Japanese hotels), nice and toasty warm (which is helpful when it's literally freezing outside).

Located next to station so can watch the shinkansen come and go. They are very very quiet. Easy walk to all sightseeing and combini next door for snacks

JR田沢湖線の角館駅、秋田内陸縦貫鉄道の角館駅の目の前にあるホテルです。角館駅前から武家屋敷通り入口まで、徒歩で20分ほどです。駅前にあるので、観光にも移動にもとても便利です。

因為行程關係 當天19:30才抵達角館 車站出來左手邊就是飯店 超近超感動 搭乘秋田內陸線也很方便 餐廳最後點餐時間到20:30 能吃碗熱熱的湯麵超棒 接待人員很親切 餐廳的服務人員也是 房間滿寬敞的 洗衣間是洗衣烘衣一起的 洗衣精可以向櫃檯人員購買 早餐很棒很美味 有三個時段可選擇 兩天的菜色都有變化不會覺得膩 走路到武家屋敷大約20分鐘 可能不是旺季所以人潮不多 但是夏天鮮綠的色彩也很美 很推薦去檜木內川的櫻花河堤走走

駅近、というか隣。線路が見える。近くにお店はないが夜ついても雨が降っていても便利。 アメニティは必要な人だけで良いかもしれない。 暖房をつけたまま寝るのは好きではないので、毛布を貸していただきました。(布団は有料だそうです)

翌日秋田内陸鉄道の始発に乗りたかったので、朝食を食べることができませんでしたが、ホテルは駅前だし、よぶのるタクシーがあり観光も便利そうでした。また泊まりたいホテルでした

角館の駅に隣接していてとても便利。部屋から駅が見下ろせるのも楽しい。清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックアウトの後角館を観光しましたが荷物も預かってもらえて、電車の出発時間ギリギリまで宿の食堂でゆっくりできて良かったです。角館に行く友人にはおすすめしたいと思います。

スタッフの皆さんは親切で丁寧でした。駅の隣にあり新幹線利用だと非常に好立地と言えますが、武家屋敷地区までは結構歩くことになりました。 部屋はビジネスホテルに比べて多少広い程度ではありますが特に問題はありませんでした。 部屋が階段の真横だったので他のお客さんの足音がうるさいかと心配でしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。 問題はバスルームと部屋の床の段差がかなりあったこと。毎回昇り降りする感じで、高齢者の人だと結構苦労するのではないかと思いました。

少し残念。
帰りの日に荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、暖房器具でも近くにあったのか、荷物が温まってしまっていた。お土産や荷物って、あらゆる種類のものがあるので、温まってしまうのはまずいこともありますよ。私もがっかりしました。

今度は観光でのんびりと訪問してみたいですね。
朝食バイキングでしたが地元の食材を、使った品がなかったのは残念でした。せっかくなら地元の食材を、使ったものが食べたかったな。部屋は綺麗でゆったり過ごせました。大浴場があればもっと良かったですけど。フロントの方も明るくて、気持ち良かったです。
