They were dismissive, rude and not helpful. Every time we spoke to them they did not look up from their phones and seemed to be loitering in the lobby most of the time. If you asked for anything, you were met with an eye roll or simply no response. I also found them defrosting frozen chicken in the lobby bathroom sink, hopefully that food was not being served to guests. We were made to feel uncomfortable/upset with every interaction.
