Best in Semporna

Clean, new and spacious hotel, also provide free shuttle services to all jetties. The buffet breakfast was great. One of the best hotel at Semporna I reckon

Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel.

Nicht für Europäer ..

Es ist wohl ein neues Hotel, so viele Features sind aber schon verrostet oder aber auch nicht gereinigt, es hat den Charme einer Großbaustelle. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben oben eine schöne Aussicht. Das war das positive. Die Lobby ist besetzt von vielen jungen Menschen die keinerlei (!) Ahnung von Hotelerie haben. Genutzt und ausgelegt auf Chinesen, die sich laut und rücksichtslos verhalten, trotz Beschwerden kümmert sich niemand. Der Balkon wird ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit von einem Hotspot angestrahlt, wenn sie in dieser sehr unsicheren Gegend also gerne mal abends im Flutlicht sitzen wollen… die Vorhänge muesseosie auch schließen weil das Licht auch ihr Zimmer beleuchtet, und es ist die ganze Nacht an! Kaum eine Person kann Englisch, sie sind verloren dort wenn sie Fragen haben… es wird auf den Manager verwiesen.. der ist übrigens immer zum Essen, Tag und Nacht 😂 Der frühstücksraum ist ohne Worte.. total aufgeheizt, macht aber nichts denn lange bleibt man eh nicht , weil entweder mag man morgens um 7 h chinesisches Essen und kalte Vorgefertigte Eier oder trockenes Toastbrot, es wird dazu gereicht: Eine Packung Margarine und eine Konservendose Kaya, da kratzt sich dann jeder was raus. Die Margarine war ranzig.. Der Kaffe besteht aus den kaffesticks und creamer, die man auch auf dem Zimmer hat.. am dritten Tag war die Dose Kaya leer.. und da stand dann halt nur noch die ranzige Transport an den Flughafen hat ebenso nicht funktioniert, usw usw. Ich könnte noch
