The charming villa is nestled around a large outdoor swimming pool (13\*4\*1.5m). It is ideally located in a calm and secure area of Oberoi, the fashionable district of Seminyak with a lot of Cafes, Shops and Restaurants in walking distance. Located in one of the best and hype areas of the island and just 300m from the beautiful beach of Seminyak, you can enjoy your holiday at your own speed. You will enjoy a large range of fashion shops, bars and fine restaurants just steps away - without the noise of the busy street life. You will reach some of Bali's most popular venues in minutes: La Favela, KuDeTa, Potato Head, Cafe Bali, W Hotel and Bar, Batik. There is only space for scooters.\*\* This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze \*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. « Please note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which may result in some noise. The construction is expected to be completed in the beginning of March. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control.
