직원들 정말 친절하시고 좋아요,개인풀도 큰편인데 풀장 관리도 잘 되어있고 직접 와서 조식을 만들어주시는데 정말 한국인의 입맛에 딱 맞는듯 해요 준비해서 나갈필요도 없으니 정말 편했어요. 하지만 에어컨이 서비스를 받았는데도 시원하지가 않아서 쾌적하게 지내지는 못했네요.룸 컨디션은 좋은편이고 욕실은 수압이 약하고 샤워기가 없어서 조금 불편했어요. 치약 칫솔 린스는 없으니 챙겨가시는게 좋을거같아요. 시내와 가깝긴 한데 따로 인도가 없어서 걸어다니기엔 조금 위험한 느낌이었어요~전반적으로는 만족입니다

7人のグループで利用しました。お部屋はとても綺麗で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。プールの水も常に循環していてとても綺麗でした。 ただ、リビングは外なので虫が多いです。途中でスタッフの方が蚊除けのスプレーを届けてくださいました。お部屋のダブルベッドには蚊帳があるので寝るときには問題なしです。 朝食は毎日部屋のキッチンで作っていただけます。洋風やビーガン向け、バリニーズが選べ、量は多いですが出来立てで美味しかったです。 立地的には少し歩けばスーパーやレストランがあり、すごく便利というわけではないですが、困ることはなかったです。歩いていけるビーチは人も少なく、リラックスすることができました。 スタッフの方はとても親切だし、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出る、お部屋も綺麗だったのでまた宿泊したいと思います。

部屋自体は広く、綺麗でした。ですが、このブランドが入ってるショッピングモールに行きたいとゆうと、別の場所を案内されてしまいました。結局移動に時間がとてもかかりました。また、夜中に枕元に財布を置いていた友達が、お金を抜きとられるとゆうことがありました。夜中にピンポンや、ノックがしたりしたのでヴィラの人ではないかと思っています。とても不愉快なホテルでした。もう二度と泊まりません。

Have stayed in many villas in Bali over the last few years and Bvilla+Spa is right up there. Stayed in a one bedroom, villa d. Lovely spacious room with excellent pool and outdoor area. Wonderful service and good location. Bathroom not as luxurious as some but then the price more than makes up for it. A 4.5 star villa at a 3.5 star price

GWに5日間滞在しました。 滞在前より無料空港送迎のご連絡を頂き、安心して空港に降り立つことができました。 お部屋は写真の通りで、清潔感があり心地よく過ごせました。 ソファに座ってプールを眺めている空間は最高です。 徒歩圏内にはスミニャックスクエアなどのショッピングエリア、食事やお酒が楽しめるエリアがあり、スミニャックのビーチ沿いのエリアに行きたい時は、ホテルの無料送迎が利用でき、便利で親切なサービスが受けられました。 徒歩圏内にあることで、夜遅くにお酒を飲んでも歩いて戻ることも出来、便利な立地です。 朝食はお部屋で作ってくださり、必ず時間通りに準備してくださり、味も大満足でした。 前日に時間と料理を指定出来、飽きることなく楽しめます。 日本語は多少話すことが出来る方もいらっしゃいますが、拙い英語でも親身になって聞き取ってくださり、とても安心して過ごすことができました。 スパのサービスも利用しましたが、他のホテルに比べてお安いお値段で満足のサービスが受けられました。 バリに行く際にはまた利用したいビラです。

Great villa for a family stay

A really nice villa!! We had a great time here, the pool was wonderful except a chip on the stairs to the pool. Some maintenance is needed, it would be better if the room had more lights and the living room had airconditioning. However, the service was definitely able to compensate these points! The team here was very welcoming and lovely! The driver that picked us up from the airport was pleasant and nice to talk to.

Peaceful, pure relaxation, great location

This was the perfect spot! The villa was clean and very comfortable with everything you need to relax. If you want to venture out, it's a very short walk to a fun street with lots of shops and restaurants and a little further walk to the beach. The hotel staff was LOVELY and always there to help with anything I needed! I highly recommend this gem!

Excellent and Friendly Service

We stayed in the 5 bedroom villa and had a great time. The staff were friendly and prompt with their service and the rooms were spacious, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had the BBQ cooked in the villa one night. There was such an abundance of delicious food and it made for a great night in. It was such a relaxing place that we stayed in most days and just lounged by the pool. When we did go out, we were offered free shuttle service to near-by locations, which was fantastic.

Very Spacious and Walking Distance to Everywhere

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at BVilla+Spa. Going back home was a bit of adjustment as I quickly got used to the in-villa chef that made is breakfast every morning of our stay. The private pool was also a plus, very large and clean. I had a 2 bedroom villa and I loved the open layout. Each room and bathroom had ample amount of space, my sister and I would slide open our bedroom doors and talk to each other from across the private pool. Overall my stay at BVilla+Spa was magnificent and I woukd certainly stay there again when I return to Bali, because a return to Bali is a must.

The aircon is very poor, we lost 4 nights sleep

We lost 4 nights sleep because the aircon wasn’t working. We moved to 3 different villas and they were all just as bad.
