We enjoyed the location of this property. I had a fantastic surprise when housekeeping made a special display of rose petals and an towel elephant on the bed for my birthday. Unfortunately, the room was not pre checked for new arrivals(us) The following is a shortened version of what transpired. There was an empty water dispenser, no hot water in the shower, the pool was murky, and the filtration was not working, no pool towels, the safe needed new batteries and resetting. All of these were corrected after a heated disagreement with reception staff who said it would be done the next day.... NO WE WANT IT DONE TODAY, we paid for 9 nights not 8 Even though the bed was made perfectly the sheets were never changed (we stayed 9 nights) although the towels were replaced daily. Don't think the floors were ever swept, very gritty. Reception area very dark and unwelcoming, new door mats don't cost much, please buy some and that would give a kept and loved appearance at least. Note, don't break any glasses, we got charged 100,000 ($10) for one that we broke. Better villas for same price are everywhere, we strongly recommend shopping around. Not recommended to waste your money here, very tired and in need of updating.

Super clean, 3 bedroom villa with private pool was perfect. I had accidentally left the room safe open and the cleaners let the front desk staff know. At their first chance they let me know not to do that again. Only downside was the showers were a little cold.

Such a beautiful property with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Walkability to local shops and restaurants was convenient. My only complaint would be that the shower temperature never exceeds like warm but after a day of sweating in the sun, that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Very dirty. The white bath towels have turned gray. The bed linen on both beds had what appeared to be blood stains. The pool was very dirty and appeared to have algae bases on the discolouration of the water. The hotel also way over charges for a shuttle to the airport. They want 309K but if you take a local taxi it’s only 100K. Overall very unhappy with the hotel. Looks good but it’s a pig with lipstick. Go elsewhere

Brilliant stay at Bracha Villas
Had the most amazing stay at Bracha Villas - the location was perfect, the villas were so peaceful and quiet. The front desk staff, cleaning and service staff were all brilliant. The breakfast delivery to our villa every morning was really delicious. Would highly recommend this accommodation, yes it’s a bit tired looking in places but still amazing value for money

Nice location but the advertised amenities are meager. No tea and coffee maker. Just a jug and teabags/instant coffee. Kitchen has inadequate cookware, no utensils to speak of. One small frypan one saucepan. You certainly couldn’t cook a meal or even breakfast. Breakfast provided was just ok. Hot water? Well there wasn’t any. Longing for a hot shower or a soak in the bath? Forget it. Bottled water? You get one small bottle per person per day. Although they did have a filtered water dispenser. Staff friendly but the place needs a refurb.

Highly recommend the Villa. The staff were friendly and villa clean. I really enjoyed the privacy that the villa gives. Its very peaceful and quiet. It is only a 5minute walk from the shops and a lot of restaurants and bars. The only thing I can advise is that if you want to use the massage service in your room, book in advance because the therapist is not always available. I heard she had decided to take work outside if the villa when I wanted to have a massage done. Besides that all ways exellent and I would definitely stay there again

Nice property, however staff seemed very uninterested most of the time, no staff on reception when we arrived, no welcome drink (as advertised). No assistance with luggage from room when we left, even though 4 staff were at reception watching me bringing my own luggage via several trips.

The villa itself was lovely and clean. The inclusive one-way transportation from the airport went smoothly and check-in was super easy. The location is great: far enough from the main roads of Seminyak to allow for quiet nights. The breakfast got a bit tiresome after a few days, but there are plenty of good breakfast places within walking distance. We booked transportation for the return to the airport the night before at the front desk for 250,000 and paid cash. My advice: always get a receipt when buying anything in Bali, especially when paying with cash. The hotel driver questioned us upon arrival at the airport as to whether we had paid or not and wanted to see a receipt, which we didn’t have. After telling him to call the villa himself and tipping him 50,000, he shut up. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression of the villa and its management. I can imagine other tourists may have panicked and paid again which is an unfortunate way to leave Bali.

Great villa near the heart of Seminyak
We were relocated to Bracha Villa due to some issues with the previous booking. The villa turned out to be splendid. We were picked up from the airport (complimentary) by a very friendly driver who offered to stop by the local convenient store to get some drinks and pick up our dinner before reaching the villa. That gave us a very good impression of the service even before we stepped into the villa. Upon arrival, we were swiftly checked in and brought to our unit which was all ready, waiting for us. The space was just amazing, with a very nice pool and a cosy deck with deck chairs. The living area was just right and the bedrooms were just great. Not to mention the huge bathrooms that accompany the bedrooms. All the necessities are covered at the villa hence we didnt really have to worry about anything. It's also a short walk, about 5 mins to the main hustle and bustle of Jalan Kayu Aya which is adjacent to Jalan Sunset Road. Making this the perfect location if you want to stay in Seminyak. All in all, a great place to stay and definitely recommended.

The traffic from airport to this Vila always jam. Sunset road is always very heavy traffic, from Vila to Kuta beach & some other places must go thru this road. overall condition for this Vila is fine and staff very friendly. opposite the Vila is a Chinese restaurant, must try! the rib eye with Japanese source is really very nice. and it's only cost Rp150,000. which is around SGD$15. there is a shortcut from Vila to Semiyak shopping and pub street, around 5 min walking only. Many places to find the nice food. It's a relax place, of course if you are looking for a Hotel with stars, this is not what you want.

Villa is close by to many food places need to know the way around......lucky i had a driver......the cleaning crew doesnt change the sheets on a daily basis unless upon request...which also they only clean the floors.......pumps in the pools were faulty cos it ran all nite....and was noisy...so was the fridge .....shower leaked.but maintainence fixed that...took a while for hot water in shower...but overall experience was nice...... very nice place to stay in...will definatly come again

Central location, close to shopping and restaurants. The only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathrooms was non-existent. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The bath was massive but impossible to get enough water into it within a reasonable time, both because of the water pressure and no hot water.

Bracha Villas was the best place to stay in Seminyak! Only a couple minutes walk to the main street of restaurants and shops. The villa was beautiful, with air-conditioning in all the rooms and a private pool. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at whatever time we wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again! Terima kasih!

The Villas are spacious, but are dated and starting to look tatty. Hot water and water pressure are terrible at the villas and we could only use one bathroom that had hot water. There is plenty of choices for breakfast but it is always cold. These villas are not exactly a cheap stay and I’m not sure they are worth the money

Nice villa with good location
Nice villa with private pool. High privacy. Friendly & helpful staff. Great location as well. Walking distance to eat street. We rent a motorbike there to go further. Able to reach beach with just motorbike. Breakfast is good enough just not much choices. Only thing missing is the swimming pool towel. Should be put on the swimming pool deck.

Perfect location!
Everything about bracha villas is excellent! A quick walk around the corner and you are right in seminyak. Very convinent if you know where you are going and if not the hotel staff are more then willing to lend a hand, very clean and quite. Would definitely stay again!!

On a positive side this is a beautiful and comfortable villa. On a negative side this villa has a limited breakfast menu, and its a long walk to the center of the town (Semnyak Square).

Bracha villa was more than what I had expected. The service was exceptional and the staff are amazing people, who would provide help with the best of their ability. The villa provided a decent breakfast meal and great customer service plus, the villa was always spotless. They would even, weirdly enough, fold your clothing if you've left it on the bed. Bracha villa is also about 10 min from eat street and 30-40 min from the airport and the villa offers a one way transfer to the airport, either pick up or drop off (you get to pick). Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back.

Best experience of a lifetime
The villa with the private pool was so clean. Water, towels and bath amenities were re stocked everyday, staff exceeded and treated us with so much respect and the complimentary breakfast, especially the nasi goreng was 11/10. Our driver Aeng who was recommended to us by bracha took us to so many beautiful places safe and sound. When I come back to Bali I am definitely staying at bracha villas again and will recommend to all my family and friends!

Great villas close to everything
Had a wonderful time at the villa with my partner. Near the action of the strip but quiet enough to relax by the pool. Rooms cleaned daily and very nice staff. Thank you for the stay, definitely recommend to others and will stay again.
