### Beautiful modern villa in the heart of Seminyak .

The Villa is a spacious and modern design , located in the most famous and trendy area of Seminyak. It’s within easy walking distance to everywhere, shopping, Bintang supermarket ,beauty salons, massage places , restaurants and the beach .   
The Villa features a L-shaped open plan living space downstairs. The layout lends itself to entertaining guests in a relaxing atmosphere. The modern kitchen is well equipped and the large bar area is perfect place to sip that morning coffee.   
Walk up the beautiful floating staircase and you’ll find 3 good size bedrooms , all with A/C , private bathrooms and plenty of storage.   
The upstairs terrace , equipped with sun beds , is another special area to soak up the Bali lifestyle.   
The 16m pool and surrounding deck complete area truly complete this amazing villa .

Good communication with manager and other staff Offering breakfast , massages and other extras may be beneficial as some other villas do offer this...... TV downstairs would be better than in the bedrooms Overall a good villa in good position
