Great location art-filled 100 sq.m. 1-bedroom villa with pool in the heart of Seminyak.   
Walk to the Seminyak beach, top restaurants, clubs, cafes, and shops. Perfect for a couple.   
Fully equipped kitchen, working desk, open design, reserved parking spots for 2 motorbikes.   
Parties and loud noise are forbidden. Smoking is forbidden in all closed areas.  
The villa is cleaned twice a week (additional cleanings are available upon request with an additional small payment).
