"A/c was the coldest I have experienced in a hotel in Florida in years."

"Checkin was quick. Room was comfortable and A/C did a great job of keeping the room cool. The hotel had free shuttle from airport that was efficient. They also offered a shuttle to cruise port for a small fee. We opted for a Uber ride to cruise port though. I would say that the free buffet breakfast had a lot to be desired. The container for waffle batter was empty for the entire time (20 minutes) we were there. The scrambled eggs were runny and the sausages were soft from basically sitting in about an inch of greasy liquid. I ended up having cereal and milk."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was dirty. There was a cockroach when we opened. The fridge floor was sticky. Showerhead was broken. They put us in a room next to the gym and apparently a utility room because it was so loud at 7 AM. The staff was very unfriendly. I did talk to the sales rep after our first night. She was kind. But our second night there was pretty much the same."

"The first room they sent us to was still occupied. I saw a suitcases on the floor when I walked in. The second room had a bathroom door with no lock on it. The hotel was a little bit old and rundown. The room had a musty smell. "

"the room was full of rust on lamps, bed frame, the room was freezing and I was told there was no way of adjusting it. now I am home sick and just got over having double pneumonia a few weeks ago. i was schedule and signed up the day prior to have the airport shuttle pick us up at 6pm I arrived at 545pm and I was told that it LEFT at 5:40pm. So Me and my daughters had to pay to get an uber to the airport. So very unprofessional the front desk staff was and also rude. "
