The salt water pool measures 9 x 4.5 while the depth ranges between 1.1 and 1.9 meters. Next to it we find the furnished porch that features the barbecue area. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The house is located on the first floor of the building. It offers a wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and the mountains and it's furnished in order to enjoy your meals and dinners with the family. Inside, you find a cosy living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Next to it you find the dining area. The separate kitchen -also with AC- is equipped with a ceramic hob and also offers a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat there. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
