Welcome to this villa overlooking the mountain, located in Moscari. It accommodates 6 people.
The exterior area is very beautiful and spacious. It features a chlorine swimming pool of 7.5 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.95 m, two well equipped terraces with magnificent views of the Tramuntana, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue and large garden areas.

The house of 280 m2 is ditributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; two of them on the ground floor (one with double bed and one with twin beds), and two on the 1st floor (one with double bed and one with two single beds, both air-conditioned). One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby.

The cozy living room is equipped with one comfortable sofa, a TV-Sat, and a wood stove. The independent dining - kitchen, with gas stove and AC, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Moscari is a charming, small town, situated in the Tramuntana and belongs to Selva. The area is ideal for those seeking tranquility and relax. You can find there everything you might need during your stay, but for larger purchases we recommend you to drive to Inca, located just 5 km from Moscari.

The surrondings are ideal for hikers and nature lovers. You can take tours on foot, by bike, etc. In the main square of Moscari you will find the Restaurante Sa Plaça, which is highly recommended. If you prefer to visit the beaches of Mallorca, the nearest and best quality is the Port of Alcudia, where you can enjoy a white sandy beach of great extension and crystal clear water. You can also practice a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skis.
