With its private swimming pool, sweeping mountain views, and serene rural surroundings, it is the perfect retreat to switch off, relax, and fully embrace the slower pace of life in nature. The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and absolute privacy. The swimming pool, measuring 8 × 5 metres with a constant depth of 2 metres, is ideal for cooling off on warm days and is complemented by an outdoor shower for extra comfort. Several porches and inviting corners create different atmospheres, perfect for enjoying breakfast, reading, or relaxing in the shade, while the fixed barbecue is ideal for sharing long, leisurely meals with family or friends in a peaceful natural setting. Inside, the house is distributed over two floors and carefully designed to offer comfort and functionality throughout. The ground floor features two living rooms, one with an integrated dining area, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, Smart TV, and satellite channels. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs and includes a table and chairs for informal meals, and this floor also has a complete bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a small workspace and three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes, two with single beds and one with a double bed and a cot, as well as a second bathroom with bathtub and bidet.
