The interior design combines traditional Tyrolean style with modern touches, featuring high-quality materials and refined finishes – all aimed at providing maximum comfort for your Dolomites holiday in Val Gardena. The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bright bathrooms each equipped with shower, washbasin, WC, and bidet, and a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed opening onto the shared terrace. One of the two bathrooms features a Finnish sauna. The sauna is available from 16:00h to 20:00h. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay in Val Gardena, offering a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The spectacular panoramic terrace, shared with the adjacent apartment, boasts breathtaking views of the Sassolungo mountain. Facing south-west, it offers stunning sunsets over the Dolomites. The terrace is accessible both from one of the bedrooms and from the living room. This apartment features its own private Finnish sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day spent in the mountains – whether skiing or hiking! This is a true ski-in/ski-out property, directly on the Plan da Tieja slope, easily reachable from the Col Raiser lift, which connects to the Sellaronda and the Dolomiti Superski area. The children’s ski fields are located right in front of the house – the perfect position for your winter holidays in Val Gardena. The property comes with a house own ski rental, just in the nearby building, offering special discounts for their guests! In summer, the first hiking trails start right behind the house, where you can also reach the Col Raiser cable car taking you to the foot of the legendary Seceda mountain. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
