This new apartment, few walking minutes from Selva town center away boasts modern and elegant design furniture. The apartment is made of two double rooms, two modern bathrooms, of which one with bathtub and one with shower, all of them with basin, toilet and bidet and a wide and bright living room, featuring an open kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the wide common garden, which looks southwards, allowing you to relax while admiring the stunning Dolomites. The modern open kitchen is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are at your disposition. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Maximum of 1 baby or cot per apartment. Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. The wide common garden boasts a southward looking exposition and a wonderful Dolomites view. Villa Valeria offers free access to the Mar Dolomit public swimming pools in Ortisei. Pets not allowed. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The apartment seems brand new and well cared for. Nice grass area to sit and eat and soak in the afternoon sun. Easy to get to and within walking distance of Selva.
