This apartment just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Selva stands out for its modern and elegant furnishings. The property comprises two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, both with washbasin, toilet and bidet, and a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen. From the living room, you will have access to the spacious shared garden, which faces south, allowing you to relax while admiring the majestic Dolomites. The latest generation open kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for your holidays, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Important information: According to the recent provincial law, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years old): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years old at the time of departure. Maximum 1 infant or cot per apartment. It is hereby noted that such legislation is subject to checks by the competent authority and its violation entails very onerous fines. In summer, you can fully enjoy the house, with trails starting right behind the house, to reach the most beautiful trails of the UNESCO Dolomites. The spacious communal garden stands out for its breadth and generous southern exposure, surrounded by a marvellous view of the Sella. The house has everything necessary for perfect holidays in Val Gardena, such as 1 outdoor parking space, ski storage, washing machine (payable), Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Villa Valeria offers free access to the Mar Dolomit swimming pools in Ortisei. Pets not permitted. It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mould formation. If this rule is not respected and mould is found at the time of guests' departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
