This spacious apartment is made of a double room with satellite TV, a separate living room with balcony access, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The furnished balcony boasts an amazing view of the Dolomites and it is particularly sunny, due to its Southern exposition. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. The apartment is set on the second floor, accessible by stairs only. Wi-Fi, towels and linen are included. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 2 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. Famous for its local delicacies, it is the best option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This holiday rental has an own outdoor parking, free Wi-Fi, ski deposit and on request also a washing machine. It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
