This apartment was renovated in 2020 and boasts modern furniture and a clean design. The flat is made of two bedrooms of which one is a double room and one is a single room, a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and basin, a living room with single sofa bed and a separate kitchen. The wide balcony, stretching through all the length of the apartment, faces South and is ideal to relax outside in the warm months. It is accessible from the living room and from the double room. The modern separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Wi-Fi, Linen and towels are available for free use. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. In Summer, the position is allowing you to fully relax. The Ciampinoi cableway is less than 500 m away. The property Is located few minutes walking from Selva town center away, with the first restaurants and pizzeria just down the corner and the first groceries, shops and rentals less than 300 m away. The first hikes do start just in front of the house. There is also a common garden of the condominium available. It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
