The refined decor is characterized by the use of high-quality materials and a design that combines elegance and comfort. The property consists of a double bedroom with separable beds, two bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet, a bright living room with a kitchenette, and a wonderful south-facing terrace with direct access to the communal garden. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, cooking plate, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The generous south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding Dolomites and directly access the communal garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be reached by descending stairs from the street level and by elevator from the garage. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided. "Silva" is the old Latin name for Selva di Val Gardena (Wolkenstein in Gröden in german), in whose center this exclusive chalet that was built in 2023 is housed. Chalet Silva offers a total of 4 high-quality apartments, all equipped with balconies. The location is simply perfect: central, panoramic, and only a few steps away from the Nives ski lift, which is about 300 meters away. Approximately 100 meters from the house, you will find a supermarket and the first restaurants, and just a few steps further, you are already at Nives Square. In winter, you can easily access the ski slopes (like the Nives Children's Park) and the ski bus stop, which is only 300 meters from the house. To return from the Sella Ronda slopes, you will find a convenient ski trail that, if the snow conditions permit, brings you directly to the front door. This location is ideal for exploring the vast Dolomiti Superski area, a paradise for every skier! In summer, the house benefits from its privileged location, as the bicycle path and the Val Gardena train walking path run directly beneath it. This is particularly convenient for families with children or those who like to take leisurely walks. There is also a sunny communal garden where you can relax and admire the majestic Dolomite peaks in the Val Gardena. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
