The holiday apartment is located in the Seepark Sellin complex on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday building. Both the Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are only about 900 meters away and easily accessible. A bakery and other shops are also in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and a complimentary initial supply of bed linen. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with blackout curtains and features a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a practical kitchenette with a coffee maker and toaster. A television provides additional entertainment.

After an eventful day, the sunny southwest-facing balcony invites you to relax and offers the perfect place to unwind. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the complex.

A security deposit of €100 is required for your stay and will be refunded within five business days of departure, provided the apartment is returned in good order.
