This can easily be reached by elevator. The spacious living area has a corner sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), which can be used as extra bed for two persons, a coffee table and a sideboard and cabinet. the living area is complemented by a LED flat screen TV, a mini stereo system with CD and DVD player, and a selection of games and DVD's. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you need not do without. This is included for you. A cookie with a comfortable chair and a reading lamp can be found in addition to a small selection of books for children and adults. Adjacent is the small kitchenette with high quality appliances such as a 2 Zonenceranfeld, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a kettle, a toaster and various kitchen utensils. Comfortable and convenient, you can enjoy your meals at the dining table. From living room and bedroom you can reach the cabin layout balcony (East). The bedroom, which is also equipped with a LED flat screen, has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with high quality mattresses, adjustable bed bases, 2 bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in glass shower and a toilet, a wash basin, heated towel rails and a hairdryer. All rooms have underfloor heating which ensures warmth. A high chair is available for our younger guests included available. For a smooth running of your holiday you have an ironing board and iron. 2 small pets are with your own roost welcome. Recommended is the stylishly equipped spa, which can be used by all house guests for a fee. This part, in addition to the chalk cliffs and Cape Arkona, the most outstanding landmark of the island Rügen. The villa is located on a fantastic plot. Situated on a natural hill, it stands a few meters above the road and offers a magnificent view. Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen ideal. Liegt direkt in der Wilhelmstr. umgeben von Restaurants. Die Seebrücke ist nur 150m entfernt.
