This cozy holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin and offers approximately 32 square meters of living space, ideal for a relaxing holiday on Rügen. It is suitable for up to three people and is situated on the second floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex. The beach, the Baltic Sea, and the idyllic Sellin Lake are only about 900 meters away, and a bakery and shops are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with an additional sofa bed. An open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster ensures comfort during your stay. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included in the price.

The southeast-facing balcony is particularly lovely, furnished with comfortable seating to relax after an eventful day. A television is also provided.

As an added bonus, guests enjoy a 25% discount year-round at the neighboring AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Starting Easter 2026, you can also enjoy a modern fitness area, which can be used free of charge. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are also available on the premises.
