It is about 55 square meters, has space for a maximum of 4 adults a child up to 17 years and has modern and high quality furnishings. In the living room there is a comfortable couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is also a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, extractor, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. For a fifth Guest can be provided provided an extra bed if required on the couch in the living room. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds are of course already with sheets. Another change of bed linen and towels is chargeable. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer, toilet and vanity and has natural light. To this apartment belongs a nice big terrace with garden furniture. Welcome to the Sellin! We rent in rich natural surroundings, two modern and lovingly decorated holiday apartments with sea view (35 - 55 square meters, 1 living room, 1 - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower / toilet, terrace max 4 adults and a child up to 17 years..). The thatched house in which the apartments are located is very quiet on a small hill and offers a beautiful view of the Seedorfer Beek toward Having. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 3 500 m. Sellin with its neighborhood Seedorf, where our house is situated, is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape. Each holiday apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and a seating area in the garden belongs. There is a possibility for grilling after consultation with the hosts (thatched roof!). On property there is also a small jetty in the reeds, to the like can also create small boats or dinghies. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are made with sheets. Und es ist auch genau so schön, wenn man dort ist. Wenig Autos und damit die ganze Zeit über ruhig, Bademöglichkeit vom Steg und der Strand von Sellin ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Gastgeber wohnen in einem anderen Bereich des Hauses, so dass man jederzeit problemlos kommunizieren oder nach dem Wetter fragen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! ##### Irene K.
