They are about 35 square meters in size, have a maximum of 3 adults and a toddler up. 3 Years. A Kinderreisebettchen with bedding available. These holiday apartments have modern and high quality. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa - couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is a dining table with seating. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator and accessories. The bedroom has a desk, a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a three-door wardrobe with mirror. The master bedroom has in addition also a modern flat-screen TV. For an additional charge of 15 euros per guest fresh towels are ready for you and the beds are already provided with linen. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Linen Please bring along. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity. To this apartment belongs also a nice balcony (south side) with modern patio furniture. Your family Ridder Welcome to the Sellin! Our three holiday apartments Lee, Luv and Cormorant (35-40 square meters, 1 living / bedroom, 1 bedroom;.. Max 3 adults) are located directly on Lake Sellin and only about 1500 m from the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The Ostseebad Sellin, in which the holiday apartment is located, belongs to the Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. The newly built holiday apartments in modern, comfortably furnished and offer upstairs superb views of the lake Sellin. Each apartment has a beautiful sunny balcony with modern patio furniture. For a one-off surcharge, fresh towels are provided upon arrival, and the beds are already made with linen. For guests who wish to bring your own boat, our big house eigerer Jetty is available. The depth at the dock is approximately 0.8 m to 1 m. Parking is available directly at the house. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to the object. Das Räucherschiff ist sehr zu empfehlen :-) Die Wohnung ist wie neu renoviert, Küche voll ausgerüstet mit allem was man braucht. Die Qualität des Gastgebers liegt in den vielen kleinen Details wie Kaffeebohnen im Vollautomat, Spülmaschinentaps, Spüli usw. Für uns mit Kleinkind waren die bereitgestellten Reinigungsgeräte sehr hilfreich, gerade nach einem Strandtag. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und steht für alle Fragen und Infos gerne zur Verfügung. Vom Balkon hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Selliner See. Leiden ist kein Sonnenschirm o.ä. vorhanden um sich bei Sonnenschein auch auf dem Balkon aufhalten zu können. Wir haben viele Radtouren in die schöne Umgebung unternommen. Ps: das Nudelsieb fehlt immer noch. Sie wohnen im EG, sind aber sehr diskret und nicht aufdringlich. Das Haus, die Wohnung und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Hauseigener Steg. Auch die Wohnung ist so, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Ein sehr guter Schnitt. Der Balkon ist für 2 Personen groß, hat saubere Balkonmöbel und Abend eine kleine Beleuchtung. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung im gehobenen Bereich. Es gibt einen Kaffevollautomaten, einen Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe und eine Pfanne. Uns hat nur das Nudelsieb gefehlt. Was aber durchaus tragbar war. Man kann wie daheim kochen und es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, was sehr erleichternd ist. Die Betten sind groß, hart und sehr sauber. Die Wege zur Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Rasender Roland, Bäderbahn, Bus und Ausflugsschiffe (See und Ostsee) sind kurz. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Familie Ridder und wünschen Ihnen ganz viele, liebe Gäste.
