"We checked in early in the evening. Staff were acceptable but not overly friendly. Safety not taken into account. Key cards given loose with the room number written on it on a sticky note.
Room was tiny… bed was clean. Soap and shampoo were the only amenities in the bathroom.
Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the Expedia listing. Staff argued the fact, I had to show them my email proving this.

Stayed here three nights and loved the convenience of the hotel, right next to the U-Bahn so easy to get to from the Airport and not far to walk to the river. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and was available from 6-11am.

Everything was excellent apart from the parking spaces. We were told there is parking available yet when we turned up there weren't any spaces available. In the end we were told to park in car charging space which wasn't ideal butt was there or on the street, si maybe pre book your parking space before hand if thats even possible.

This without doubt is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Frankfurt!
Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are really modern, clean, fresh and a good shower! Plus the beds seem to be comfortable with various pillows to use.
The restaurant is quality, breakfast choice and quality seems to be really good, dinner I had the bbq cauliflower wings and the Atlantic burger, both were delicious.
This is my second time staying here and cannot recommend it highly enough and look...

Hotel is great, and perfect for a family. We had one queen bed, a roll-away single bed, and a sofa bed. I typically hate sofa beds, but it was outstanding and slept comfortably. The hotel is immaculate and is as clean as if it was finished yesterday. Highlight of the room is the large bathroom with heated floor, rain-style shower, and huge tub.
Area and street is not very attractive. Closest restaurants are about a 7 minute walk away, and train station is a 10 minute walk. Once to the train...
