We had a fantastic time here. The cabin was warm, clean and spacious and private with everything we needed to be self sufficient catering-wise. It was fabulous to be able to just step out on the deck to see the Aurora two nights in a row! We'd highly recommend this fabulous accommodation!

Good size comfortable apartment with everything we needed at a good price. The bed was really cosy and comfortable and we made good use of the hot tub, though you do need to give the owners a couple of hours notice before hand. You won't want to get out again with this cold weather! Location is about 15 minutes drive from the town of Selfoss and a good central point for the golden circle area. Owners we're really friendly and helpful.

Had the most amazing stay here. Beautifully appointed cottages with panoramic views surrounding. The cottages are amazing inside, warm, cozy and the most incredible bed. Shower is rainfall, bathroom was well equipt and the communication throughout was amazing! Willl recommend for sure - plus we saw the northern lights which is why we picked this location (along with accessibility to things nearby)

This was our favourite hotel during our road trip around route 1. Peaceful hotel with comfy beds. Staff friendly and enjoyed the breakfast. Lots to do in local area.

Great hotel, centrally located for visiting lots of attractions

Johanna who runs the apartments was the most helpful person ever, she went above and beyond I cannot thank her enough. The apartments were modern, spacious, clean & had everything you need such as cooking facilities which is a must in Iceland how expensive eating out is. A supermarket and bakery is across the road also a pizza takeaway. If you forget anything there is a box in reception to help you out. Accommodation was first class, even down to the robes and good glassware. Had a minor problem with toilet, I emailed them and within hours they had it repaired and serviced the room. Top class service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently being renovated (restaurant is closed so breakfast is in another hotel 10 minutes walk away) and my room felt like it had been rushed. The bathroom ceiling wasn't finished properly (grout missing from around the tiles and badly painted), there wasn't a night stand next to the bed, had two single duvets instead of one double. Just little things that they should do better for £200+ per night.

The views and amenities for this place are amazing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could want. The host was very happy to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was just the "icing on the cake" for us - many thanks. I have never slept in such a comfy bed!! I would highly recommend both apartment & location x

Staff in the hotel were all pleasant and helpful, and rooms were nice and comfortable. I opted not to eat in the restaurant as I thought I'd be pushed for time to have breakfast before some of the organised tours starting at 8am, and generally decided to eat elsewhere in Reykjavik for dinner. Location wise, it's a quiet road just at the eastern edge of downtown, so just a few minutes walk away from various shops and restaurants. When we first arrived to the apartment we were amazed at how beautiful and lovely it was, and the view from the room was gorgeous. The staff were so nice and friendly and we asked a lot of touristy questions and they were extremely helpful. On the first night we arrived our TV wasn't working (it needed tuning, as it was brand new), and it was around 7pm and the office was closed, i sent them an email hoping they'll be able to look at it in in the morning, but half an hour later there was a knock...

The most amazing hotel / suite apartment you can stay at. Amazing views, amazing staff who look after every detail and care for you whilst staying here. Amazing food and drinks and breakfast delivered to you room everyday. Just perfect! And once again the staff a just sublime/amazing. Thank you for taking care of us. Highly highly recommend!

We stayed here 2 nights, amazing accomodation, cozy and quiet, modern kitchen. We appreciate care and we felt like home.
