"We had a lovely stay at Richmond Hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for families! 🌴☀️ Although our first impression wasn’t the best, the team really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Arkin, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and did his very best to accommodate us and find the best possible solution. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference to our experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with multiple swimming pools, lovely surroundings and plenty of facilities for families. My advice would be not to let your first impression fool you. The team genuinely cares about their guests and will do their utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay. A special thank you again to Mr Arkin for his outstanding hospitality and customer service.
